1
Comprehensive Psychiatric Evaluation
Your care begins with a thorough, in-depth psychiatric assessment.
This includes:
-
Detailed clinical history
-
Review of prior treatments and medications
-
Evaluation of sleep, stress, nutrition, and lifestyle factors
-
Diagnostic clarification and treatment planning
Unlike brief evaluations, our assessments are designed to fully understand the complexity of your symptoms.
2
Medication Management
Medication management is a collaborative, ongoing process.
We focus on:
-
Thoughtful, evidence-based prescribing
-
Minimizing side effects
-
Regular follow-up and adjustments
-
Integrating medication with broader treatment strategies
Medication is never one-size-fits-all—it is tailored to your needs and goals.
3
Psychiatric Psychotherapy
At Verve Psychiatry, psychotherapy is integrated into psychiatric care when appropriate.
This allows for:
-
Deeper understanding of emotional patterns
-
More effective treatment of anxiety, depression, and ADHD
-
Coordinated care in a single setting
Approaches may include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), supportive therapy, and insight-oriented work.
4
WEIGHT MANAGEMENT AND METABOLIC HEALTH
We offer evidence-based weight management, including GLP-1 medications when clinically appropriate.
Treatment integrates:
-
Psychiatric care
-
Sleep optimization
-
Nutrition and metabolic health
-
Ongoing monitoring and support
This approach is especially helpful when mental health and metabolic factors are closely connected.
5
COMPREHENSIVE ADHD EVALUATION
We specialize in the evaluation and treatment of adult ADHD, including high-functioning presentations.
Services include:
Comprehensive ADHD evaluations
Objective computerized testing (QB Check)
Personalized treatment plans
Many patients seek care after years of coping with focus, organization, or burnout challenges.
7
SECOND OPINION CONSULTATIONS
Second opinion consultations provide a detailed review of your diagnosis and treatment plan.
These are ideal if:
-
You feel stuck in treatment
-
Medications haven’t worked as expected
-
Your case is complex or unclear
You receive expert recommendations without needing to transfer care.
8
EXPERT MENTAL HEALTH CONSULTATION
We offer expert psychiatric consultations for individuals, professionals, and organizations seeking guidance on complex mental health topics. These sessions provide high-level insight and evidence-based recommendations without establishing a formal patient relationship.
9
CONSULTATION FOR COMPLEX PSYCHIATRIC CASES
We offer consultations for other healthcare providers who are treating patients with psychiatric conditions.
Our goal is to:
-
Provide expert guidance on complex psychiatric cases
-
Collaborate with other clinicians to ensure coordinated, comprehensive care
-
Support better patient outcomes through shared expertise

WE ARE OUT OF NETWORK FOR ALL INSURANCE PLANS FOR THESE SERVICES
Insurance & Reimbursement:
Are you in network with insurance?
No, we are not in network with any insurance plans. This means our services are considered out of network. Insurance does not pay us directly, but many plans do reimburse for a portion of out-of-network mental health services.
What does “out of network” mean for me?
Being out of network means you pay us directly at the time of your appointment. You can then request reimbursement from your insurance company, depending on your plan’s out-of-network benefits.
Will I get reimbursed?
Many patients do get partial reimbursement, but the exact amount depends on your specific plan. We recommend calling your insurance company and asking:
-
What are my out-of-network benefits for outpatient mental health services?
-
What percentage of the fee will be reimbursed?
-
Do I have an out-of-network deductible I need to meet first?
How do I submit for reimbursement?
After each appointment, we provide you with a superbill (a specialized invoice) that includes all the information and billing codes your insurance company requires. You typically upload this to your insurance portal or mail it in to request reimbursement.
Why don’t you take insurance?
Not working directly with insurance companies allows us to:
-
Offer longer appointments when needed
-
Combine psychotherapy and medication management in the same visit
-
See you more often at the start of treatment and less frequently as you improve
-
Provide direct access to your psychiatrist—all clinical and non-clinical questions are answered personally by us, and we typically respond within hours
-
Focus on what’s best for your care, not what’s dictated by insurance restrictions
